Louise Byg Kongsholm er ejer af pej gruppen og chefredaktør på pej gruppens tre bladudgivelser samt trendekspert, konsulent, foredragsholder og forfatter.
Louise er uddannet cand. merc. i strategi og ledelse, har retailerfaring fra London og Tyskland samt fem års erfaring som strategikonsulent hos Lego. Hun har været del af pej gruppen siden 2006 og er anden generation i firmaet.
